Dear Miops, I would like to thankyou for this oportunity to tell you my story and I hope that it’s an inspiration to all out there who have been doing it for a long time and who thought were the only ones out there in the world, and even here in Australia.

I first started doing this at the age of 12, when couriosity took over, not in a pervirted way at all, it felt good and felt right, unfortunately I had to stop doing if for a few years, then when I finally moved out of home some ten years later in 1992, I started to acquire a couple of onepieces, mostly the ones with the X strap ones, so I started doing it more often, back then I didn’t reveal that I like to wear them because people would (sadly) view this as a phase or being gay, although I’m gay but this has nothing to do with sexuality, other people think that this would mean that I’m going to have a sex re-assigment sirgury, to which I’m not, I don’t even consider mystelf as a X dresser or Transvestite, I consider myself a man who prefers to wear onepiece swimwear to actually swim in.

I first started to actually swim in them, that is in the pool with the onepiece on, was in the mid 1990s, or even earlier, but I had to wear a shirt over them because like I said, people just don’t understand, I wear them because I have a huge scar on my chest because of open heart surgury that I had to have done 30 years ago at the age of 8 years old, it was only recently that I found your website that I started to actually realise that there are a few of us in the world (men who wear onepiece swimwear).

I now have just started to go for a swim in the onepiece without the shirt on, and for the first time in daylight and not in the dark , and it is encuraging to see, oneday, maybe oneday probably after our lifetime, people will fully ecept us as who we are and not ridicule us for what we do, it would be excelent if we can all do this openly as one across the world, if the gay community can get eceptance, then why can’t we?  Weather you are straight, bi or gay, and you prefer to wear onepiece swimwear, I feel more comfortable in them than the normal togs, it would be good so have role modles for the younger people out there to show them just because a man wears a onepiece swimsuit, doesn’t mean he’s gay or a pervert, he’s just a human being, it would also be a great help if we can no longer viewed as having a fettish for wearing onepiece swimwear, weather it be an X back, High neck zip back onepiece, I hope this will inspire many Australian men who prefer to wear onepiece swimwear to claim their right not to be vilified just for doing so.
